DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

This Website is especially for users who wish to purchase exclusive customised diamond jewellery.

The images/designs on this website may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to system specifications / technicalities or to clearly show details or to show the entire design (as the case may be).

Sometimes, data may be inaccurately displayed on the website due to system errors. The Company reserves the right to correct such errors if they occur.

 

REGISTRATION

Users might be required to register on the Website and become a Member prior to accessing certain parts on the website.

To register onto the Website the User may have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy) and/or will have to choose a user name and password.

Registration is only a one time process to become a member. If the Member has previously registered, he shall login / sign into his / her account.

 

CUSTOMER ORDER & PAYMENT

The customer can place an order by paying 50% advance for jewellery & 100% advance for coins/bars. In this case, gold rate applicable on purchase will be as per Vicenta Jewels prevailing rate at the time of the advance payment.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, permit the customer to pay a percentage of the value of the transaction as an advance at the time of placing the order. The balance payment for the order shall be paid by the customer at the time of delivery of the product. Failure to pay the balance amount at the time of the delivery of the product shall be treated as a cancellation of the order.

Any advance amount paid by the customer at the time of placing the order shall not be refunded by the Company in the event of cancellation of the order for any reason whatsoever.

If payment is made by cheque or demand draft, delivery of the jewellery piece will be made only after realization of the instrument amount.
